the kira-kira prince

Both Horikita Maki and Perfume described him as "The Kira Kira Prince" during the VIP Room segment on Himitsu no Arashi-chan and that made him so happy.  His 'yatta' and the sparkle in his eyes said it all.  And my heart went 'thump, thump, thump' once again thanks to Sakurai Sho.  That thought will carry me throughout the day at work.

all for one, one for all

I've been catching up on the Arashi shows I missed.  To say that I'm busy at work is an understatement. 
Though I'm up-to-date with all the Arashi news, watching their TV shows in real time have been truly hard to do.  I do download them but watching each one is another story.  That's why I only got to watch 'The Aiba Tensai SP', which aired last October 2009 this weekend.

I know that Aiba has been doing a lot of dangerous stunts with different animals on the show.  But a compilation of everything that he has done magnified right before my very eyes has made me truly understand Nino's concern for him.  I can't remember the interview that Nino did but he was very worried about Aiba's interaction with the animals.  He was apprehensive about it.  The same way that Nino was concerned for Sho's safety during his Olympic stint.  I'm sure he was also worried about Rida's fishing and Jun's hectic shooting schedules during the filming of HYD Final. 

He may be a brat but Nino absolutely loves Arashi with all his heart and soul. :)

I remember using this image as my Nino birthday photo in my old blog four years ago.  After all these years, my feelings haven't changed for this lil brat. 

Starting at this point, I will never know what life throws at me.  But one thing's for sure, a special part of me has been filled with memories of you.

brain freeze

My brain has died again these past few days with so much news about Arashi's new CMs and movies.  I am still in awe about Rida's glorious acting in Kaibutsu-kun, Aiba's powerful and fluid punches in his Muhi CM and tons of their other stuff.  Now, we are once again bombarded with lots of Arashi goodness.

Hopefully, my life will be back to its regular programming next week meaning no more big surprises.  But with Arashi, life will always be one heck of a roller coaster ride.  Bring it on! XD

Nino and Ohno have now both portrayed a drama character named Taro.  These said characters are portrayed as royalty -- a poor prince in the real world and a monster prince in an alternate/alternative universe.  Moreover, they know the value and importance of money.  I don't know why but this trivial information made me smile. 

And all the other mushy moments Rida has been having with the other members as well...VS Arashi anyone?  Yeah, that made me grin a lot too. XD

It's going to be somewhat an extended vacation for us here since it will be the Presidential elections this Monday.  This will also be a time to catch up on so many things at home like spring cleaning and of course, bonding with family and watching Arashi shows!

putting it on hold

I'm down to my last 5 GB.  There's no other choice but...

...to buy an external HD.  Yes, I'm finally buying tomorrow after work.  I don't have to worry about where to put all the videos I've been downloading.  I've been burning stuff left and right but still no extra space in my laptop's HD.  I've been telling myself to not buy it since I can manage.  But these past few months have proven me wrong. 

One of the worries of a fangirl has just happened to me.  I was in denial but I can't put it on hold anymore.  Even my friends who are not fangirls or fanboys in general have tons of external HDs in their hands.  They have been wondering for the longest time how was I able to survive on 200++ GB for Arashi.

Well, let's see what happens next. XD
